The above petitions have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 178 days in filing the petition for setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent and (iii) to bring on record the respondents 8 to 13 as legal representatives of the deceased first respondent and rank them as respondents 8 to 13 in the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 to 6 and the learned counsel appearing for the proposed respondents 8 to 13.

3. Considering the reasons assigned and taking note of the submissions made on either side, these petitions are ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the main papers.
