O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus as against the first respondent to issue a passport to the Petitioner based upon his application, dated 3.11.2025.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the second respondent-Police brought to the notice of this Court that the Petitioner has been implicated in a criminal case in Crime Nbo.319 of 2017, on the file of Melur Police Station which has been culminated into a charge sheet in C.C.No.49 of 2019, on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur.

3.In view of the above said facts, the Petitioner has to approach the concerned trial Court seeking permission to go abroad. If any such application is filed, the same shall be disposed of within a period of four weeks. Based upon the orders to be passed by the concerned Court, the first respondent is directed to 2/5

proceed with the matter in accordance with law. 4.With th above said observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
