2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once in 15 days ie., every 1st and 15th working day at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
