To relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.R.C. (MD).No.582 of 2025 dated 18.08.2025.
ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.R.C.No.(MD).No.582 of 2025 dated 18.08.2025,
directing the accused/petitioner herein to report to the respondent Police twice daily at 10.00 AM and 5.00 PM for a further period of one year. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate for the first respondent and learned counsel for the second respondent.
3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court, dated 18.08.2025, regularly.
4.Learned Government Advocate for the first respondent concedes with the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both side counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.RC.(MD)No.582 of 2025 dated 18.08.2025, is modified as follows:- "Petitioner/Accused shall report before the respondent police, once daily at 10.00 AM for a further period of one year until further orders."
6.With the aforesaid modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
