ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18628/2025 vide the order dated 27.10.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that as per the condition imposed vide order of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18628/2025 dated 27.10.2025, the petitioner has been complying with the said condition regularly. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed. Accordingly, the condition imposed in paragraph 6(b) of the order of this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.18628 of 2025, dated 27.10.2025, is modified as follows: "The petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders." and all other conditions are unaltered. 26-12-2025 sm To
