The present petition is filed to condone the delay of 28 days in filing the criminal appeal against the judgment dated 02.09.2025 made in SC.No.

142/2020 on the file of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent/State has no serious objection in allowing this petition.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and recording the no objection expressed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is ordered and the delay of 28 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

5.The Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal and post the same for admission, if it is otherwise iin order.
