ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police to investigate the case in Crime No.597 of 2017, dated 08.11.2017 and file a final report within a period as stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Oddanchathiram, by way of e-filing in No.LTN20220001325 on 18.12.2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The learned Trial Court is directed to take the Final Report on file forthwith. 19.12.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No vsg 2/4
