O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus as against the first respondent to issue passport based upon the request made by the Writ Petitioner.

2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. It is brought to the notice of the Court that the petitioner has been charge sheeted in C.C.No.394 of 2025 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, Kanniyakumari District.

4. In view of the above said facts, the petitioner is directed to approach the concerned trial Court seeking permission of the Court to go abroad. In case, if any such application is filed, the same shall be disposed of within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Based upon the order passed by the trial Court, the first respondent is directed to proceed in accordance with law. 2/4

5. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
