O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus as against the first respondent to consider his application for issuance of passport based upon his application dated 04.11.2025.

2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that a criminal case is pending as against the petitioner in C.C.No.394 of 2025 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court, Eranial, Kanyakumari District.

4. In view of the above said facts, the petitioner is directed to approach the concerned trial Court seeking permission to go abroad. If any such application is filed, the same shall be disposed of within a period of four weeks. Based upon the order passed by the trial Court, the first respondent is directed to proceed in accordance with law. 2/4

5. With the above observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
