Alleging that the order of this Court dated 14.07.2025, made in W.P. (MD)No.8668 of 2025 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate representing the respondent submitted that, in compliance with the order passed by this Court on 14.07.2025 in W.P.(MD)No.8668 of 2025, the petitioner's request for the restoration of Patta has been considered, and a copy of the proceedings will be uploaded in the online portal by the end of the day.
