O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus as against the first respondent to approve the school committee for a further period of three years from 30.09.2023, based upon the proposal submitted by the petitioner Management on 19.05.2025.

2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, already Form VII notice has been approved by the concerned Registrar and therefore, there may not be any legal impediment for the first respondent to approve the school committee. 2/4

4. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submits that the file is under process and they would pass orders on merits.

5. Considering the above said facts, the first respondent is directed to pass orders on the proposal submitted by the petitioner Management on 19.05.2025, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 19.12 .2025 vsm Index : Yes/No NCC : Yes/No To 1.The District Educational Officer (Elementary), Tuticorin District.
