ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned Sub Judge, Lalgudi, to expedite the Suit in O.S.No.393 of 2018 on the file of the Sub Court, Lalgudi, Tiruchirappalli District, within a stipulated period fixed by this Court.

2.Pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 05.01.2026, the learned Sub Judge, Lalgudi, Tiruchirappalli District, has sent the pendency report vide D.No.61/2026, dated 21.03.2026. The report reflects that from the 2/4

year 2009, there are 1039 suits pending and particularly from the year 2018, there are 1024 suits are pending before the Sub Court, Lalgudi, Tiruchirappalli District.

3.Considering the huge pendency of the suits, the learned Sub Judge, Lalgudi, Tiruchirappalli District, is directed to dispose of the suit filed in O.S.No.393 of 2018, as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
