ORDER

The prayer in this writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to disburse the interest amount for the delayed compensation amount to the petitioners at the rate of 12% p.a from 01.02.2017 to 04.03.2025 based on their representation dated 29.09.2025 within a time frame.

2. WMP(MD)No.29074 of 2025 filed to permit the petitioner to join together and file a single writ petition is allowed.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it is suffice if the petitioner's representation dated 29.09.2025 is directed to be considered and disposed of by the 1st respondent within a time frame.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 29.09.2025 will be disposed of by the 1st respondent within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. Recording the above submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.09.2025 and pass

appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
