ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to conduct enquiry and issue legal heirship certificate of one Chinnaian, S/o Arumugam, who died on 13.01.2021, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 01.12.2025.

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is disposed at the stage of admission itself.

3. The petitioner has made a representation dated 01.12.2025 seeking to conduct enquiry and issue legal heirship certificate of his father, namely, Chinnaian, S/o Arumugam, who died on 13.01.2021.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though the aforesaid relief has been sought for by the petitioner, now, he confines the prayer that it would suffice if the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 01.12.2025 is disposed of in accordance with law. 2/4

5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 01.12.2025 would be considered in accordance with law.

6. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 01.12.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
