ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Theni, Theni District, to dispose the case in C.C.No.545 of 2025 within a stipulated time.

2. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court hereby directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Theni, Theni District, to complete the trial in C.C.No.545 of 2025 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
