O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus as against the first respondent to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner as against the second respondent finance company.

2. A perusal of the records indicate that the petitioner has given a complaint as against the second respondent on 08.05.2025 for the alleged seizure of the vehicle, even after the closure of the loan. Even though the complaint has been acknowledged by the first respondent, so far orders have not been passed. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

3. Considering the above said facts, the first respondent is directed to consider the request of the petitioner and pass orders within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
