ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Dindigul, to expedite the suit in I.D.O.P.No.56 of 2023 and complete the trial within a time bound manner as stipulated by this Court.

2.This Court, vide order dated 09.01.2026, had directed the learned 1/4

Principal District and Sessions Court, Dindigul, to send a year wise pendency report of the pending suits and in compliance of the same, the learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Dindigul, had sent a report vide proceedings D.No.4762026, dated 21.01.2026, annexing the breakup details with regard to the pendency of the cases up to the year 2026, which was addressed to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. From the perusal of the same, it is seen that the total number of pending cases is 69.

3.Since the present case is of the year 2023, the learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Dindigul, is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the case in I.D.O.P.No.56 of 2023 on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

4.With the aforesaid directions, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
