This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Mandamus as against the respondent to receive, register and release the sale deed dated 1/4
18.09.2025 executed by the Petitioner in favour of one Saribu Nisha Begum.
2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. It is the grievance the petitioner that though the petitioner presented a sale deed for registration on 18.09.2025, the same was not registered till date. Hence, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent has issued a refusal check slip on 23.10.2025.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that since the respondent has issued the refusal check slip on 23.10.2025, the prayer in the Writ Petition cannot be granted. Hence, this Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed. 2/4
6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the refusal check slip issued by the respondent dated 23.10.2025.
