The matter is listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned', at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that in para No.3 of the order made in CRP(MD) No.20 of 2026 dated 08.01.2026, the word "application" has been wrongly typed instead of "appeal." It is therefore prayed that this Court may be pleased to correct the said typographical error by substituting the word "application" with "appeal," in the interest of justice.
