The present Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed (1)to condone the delay of 780 days in filing a petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondents; (2)to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondents; and (3)to bring on record the proposed respondents 5 to 9 herein as legal heir of the deceased 1st respondent.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of these petitions, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 780 days.
