ORDER

The petitioner, who is working as a Jeep Driver in the fourth respondent office, with a grievance to regularize his service has submitted a representation and has also filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider his representation.

2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents by referring to the proceedings of the District Forest Officer, Dindigul Division, dated 09.01.2026, submits that the 2/4

request of the petitioner has been considered and it has been rejected. A copy of the proceedings has also been circulated to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.In view of the above submission, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 09.01.2026. No costs.
