O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] A perusal of the records shows that without impleading the petitioner herein, who is a party to the suit in O.S.No.108 of 1983, on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Padmanabhapuram, the writ petition in W.P.(MD) No.15076 of 2018 was filed by the first respondent seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 2 & 3 herein to implement the Judgment and Decree passed in the said suit. Hence, this Court is inclined to grant leave to the petitioner herein.

2. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition to grant leave to the petitioner to file a writ appeal as third party as against the order passed by the learned Single Judge, dated 15.04.2025 in W.P.(MD) No.15076 of 2018, is allowed and the petitioner is granted leave to prefer a writ appeal as third party as against the said order.
