ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is a money dispute between the second petitioner and the 3rd respondent. He further submitted that the 3rd respondent filed a complaint, leading to a summons for enquiry at the 2nd respondent police Station. Despite the dispute being a money dispute, the 1st and 2nd respondent police are allegedly pressuring the petitioner to appear, causing harassment.

3. However, the learned Government Advocate, Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar (Crl.side) on instructions, submitted that an enquiry has been conducted and the matter has been closed.

4. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the third respondent to challenge the closure report. 12.01.2026 pnn 2/4
