ORDER
The prayer in this writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 3 to constitute the Thirupani Committee with representatives of all communities belongs to the petitioner's village for renovation work and performing Kumbabisekam of Arulmigu Kannudai Ayyanar Temple situate Pudhunilaipatti Village, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukkottai District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.11.2025.
2. WMP(MD)No.29139 of 2025 filed to permit the petitioner to join together and file a single writ petition is allowed.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it is suffice if the petitioner's representation dated 25.11.2025 is directed to be considered and disposed of by the respondents within a time frame.
4. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 25.11.2025 will be disposed of by the respondents within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. Recording the above submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.11.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
