The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to accept the cause title in the second appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also perused the records.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the appeal was filed in the year 2023, the same was returned for rectifying some defects. In meanwhile, the sole respondent died on 08.06.2025.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
