The petitioner, with a grievance that the earned leave and unearned leave salary has not been paid to him, has submitted a representation and also filed this writ petition.
2. When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.
3. However, the learned Special Government Pleader, based on the written instructions provided by the Tahsildar, Uthamapalayam, submits that the eligible leave salary due to the petitioner has been sanctioned and approved by the Treasury and it would be credited in the petitioner's account as early as possible.
4. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No 2/4
