Seeking quashment of FIR in Crime No.164 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent police, this criminal original petition is filed. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), on instructions, submitted that investigation in Crime No. 164 of 2025 has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Kovilpatti and the same was taken on file in STC.No.1507 of 2025 and the case was posted on 10.03.2026.
