2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Mr.J.Gavin Silvester, learned counsel, submitted that he has already filed vakalat for the respondent in U.S.R.No.1148 of 2026 and has no objection to allow this petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
