JUDGMENT
When the second appeal was taken up for hearing on 03.02.2023, there was no representation for the appellant in the forenoon. Therefore, the matter was passed over and even in the afternoon, there was no representation for the appellant. In order to give an opportunity to the appellant, the matter was adjourned to today (i.e.,) 07.02.2023 with a direction to the Registry to post it under the caption for dismissal.
2. Even today, there is no representation for the appellant. Hence, this Second Appeal is dismissed for default. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
