ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus as against the respondents for issuance of work site inspection certificate and working condition of the plants and machineries certificate to the Writ Petitioner in connection with the tender issued by the 1st respondent notice No. 15/2025-26/HDO/NH/ dated 02.12.2025 for the package No. TN-CRIF-2025-26-TRY-43.
2. By consent this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.
3. The petitioner has given representation on 15.12.2025, seeking issuance of the above said certificates. 2/4
4. The learned Additional Advocate General assisted by learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents, on instructions, submits that in case, the petitioner makes a work site inspection, such a certificate would be issued. As far as the Working Condition of Plants and Machineries Certificate is concerned, it would depend upon the working condition of plants and machineries produced by the writ petitioner.
5. In view of the above said facts, the petitioner is directed to make a site inspection on 23.12.2025 and produce the plant and machineries before the authority. On verification of the plants and machineries, the authorities are directed to issue the said certificate on or before 26.12.2025.
6. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. vsm 18.12.2025 NCC :
