PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to take appropriate action against the 5th respondent with regard to the 1/5

purchase and construction of building without getting proper approval permission from the competent authorities by considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.11.2025.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition seeking a direction to respondents 1 to 4 to take appropriate action against the fifth respondent with regard to the purchase and construction of a building without obtaining proper approval and permission from the competent authorities, by considering her representation dated 25.11.2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had submitted a representation to respondents 1 to 4 on 25.11.2025 and that the same is still pending consideration.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the competent authority is the Executive Officer, Subramaniyapuram Village, Vasudevanallur Village Panchayat, and that if a fresh representation is submitted by the petitioner, the same would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed.

In view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, directs the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the Executive Officer, Subramaniyapuram Village, Vasudevanallur Village Panchayat, Tenkasi District, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If such representation is received, the Executive Officer is directed to consider and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as the fifth respondent. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months thereafter.

5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
