Seeking to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, this petition is filed.

2. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for, notice to the respondents 3 and 4 is dispensed with.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the second respondent Police registered a case in Crime No.459 of 2025 on the file of the Usilampatti Town Police Station, Madurai District.
