O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 28.11.2025 to conduct proper enquiry for cancel the patta no. 127 within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. Since there are no adverse are going to be passed against the private respondents, notice is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner submitted a representation to the 2nd respondent on 28.11.2025 to conduct proper enquiry for cancelling the patta No.127. However, no action has been taken on the said representation. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the official respondents, submits that the representation of the petitioner's would be considered by the 2nd respondent within a time stipulated by this Court.

5. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.11.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
