conduct the kodai festival from 16/12/2025 to 30/12/2025 in the Vandimalaichi Amman Temple situated in Keelapavoor Village, Alangulam Taluk, Tenkasi District.
Prayer in W.P.CRL.(MD)No. 2685 of 2025: To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.11.2025 and direct the respondents 2 to 5 to take immediate action based on the outstanding complaints filed by the petitioner concerning the incidents that occurred on various dates and to direct the second respondent to transfer the investigation of all the above mentioned matters, including the already registered a case in Crime No.
416 of 2025, to an independent, high level investigation agency such as the CBCID or a team outside the control of the Tenkasi District Police to ensure impartiality and a fair investigation, given the serious allegations of collusion and misconduct against the respondents 4 & 5 and to direct the respondents to permanently cease all unlawful interference with the petitioner's Court-mandated right to manage the temples, the trust properties and conduct the stipulated Mupudathi Amman, Kaliamman and Vandimalaichiamman temple festivals, in accordance with the final decree dated 02.03.1990 passed in O.S.No. 265 of 1983 on the file fo the District Munsif Court, Tenkasi.
ORDER
When these matters were taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw these writ petitions. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
