ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners on 19.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No. 15678 of 2025 to surrender and execute the sureties.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that already there was a compromise between the petitioner and the defacto complainant. However, there are four accused and the petitioner alone has compromised. While granting bail, this Court has directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1,30,000/- and it is stated in the compromise memo that the petitioner has already paid the said amount. The said fact may be taken into consideration at the time of furnishing surety and the learned Judicial Magistrate may verify the same and pass appropriate orders.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the time already granted is extended for four weeks to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy is made ready.
