Mr.S.S.Manoj Government Advocate (Crl. side) Prayer: To Modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.31 of 2025 before the concerned court in Crl OP. (MD). No.20840 of 2025, dated 20.11.2025.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.20840 of 2025, dated 20.11.2025. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that due to the petitioner's poor financail condition and family commitments, he is not in a position to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/-. Hence, he prays for modification of the said condition.

3. Considering the submission of the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20840 of 2025 dated 20.11.2025 is modified to the effect that 'the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- at the time of producing surety and shall further pay Rs.25,000/- on or before 02.02.2026 and the remaining sum of Rs. 25,000/- on or before 20.03.2026. ''

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
