COMMON PRAYER: Petitions filed under Section 430 of BNSS, 2023, under Section 389 of Cr.P.C. to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioners in S.C.No.336 of 2011 dated 14.03.2025 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Kumbakonam and enlarge the petitioners on bail pending disposal of the main criminal appeals.
