ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.] This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by the Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Srivilliputhur, in S.C.No.52 of 2019, dated 20/10/2023 and to enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the criminal appeal.

2.The petitioner stands convicted and sentenced as under:- Section of Law Sentence of imprisonment Fine amount 449 IPC 7 Years RI Rs.1,000/-, in default to undergo 3 months RI 326 IPC 10 Years RI Rs.2,000/-, in default to undergo 4 months RI 506(ii) IPC 7 Years RI Rs.1,000/-, in default to undergo 3 months RI 324 IPC 3 Years RI Rs.1,000/-, in default to undergo 3 months RI 302 IPC Life Imprisonment Rs.3,000/-, in default to undergo 6 months RI

3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4.The petitioner has failed to make out a prima facie case for grant of suspension of sentence, hence we are of the opinion that it is not a fit case for grant of suspension of sentence to the petitioner. 5.Accordingly this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
