ORDER
(1)The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 21.11.2025 in Crl.A. (MD).No.1163/2025.
(2)The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court, vide order dated 21.11.2025, granted bail to the petitioner, directing him to appear before the concerned Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner is abiding the aforesaid condition till date and hence, seeks relaxation of the said condition.
(3)The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 affirmed the aforesaid facts.
(4)Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. (5)Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditional order dated 21.11.2025, till date, this Court is of the view that the condition imposed on the petitioner, be modified. (6)Accordingly, the petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to report before the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Trial of
