O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.K. ILANTHIRAIYAN,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed for a direction directing the third respondent to secure and produce the detenu before this Court.

2. The petitioner is the mother of the detenu. Her daughter got married to one Anburaj and they gave birth to a female child. Thereafter, due to some misunderstanding between the detenu and her husband, she left the matrimonial home on 19.09.2025. Therefore, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the third respondent and the same has been registered in Cr.No.131 of 2025 under 'Woman Missing'.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that during investigation, the third respondent found the detenu along with minor child. The detenu has also made a statement before the third respondent that she does not want to go with either her husband or with the petitioner herein. She is living separately due to misunderstanding between herself and her husband.

4. Recording the said submission, this habeas corpus petition is disposed of.
