Prayer for Crl.MP(MD) No.552 of 2026:

To grant extension of time of the operation of the suspension order in Crl.MP.(MD).No.17171/2025 in Crl.RC(MD).No.1443/2025 dated 13.11.2025 on the file of this Honble Court.

ORDER

The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition is filed seeking extension of time of the operation of the suspension order in Crl.MP. (MD).No.17171/2025 in Crl.RC(MD).No.1443/2025 dated 13.11.2025.

2. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that this Court, by order dated 13.11.2025, was pleased to grant suspension of sentence on condition that Revision Petitioners surrender before Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvaiyaru, Thanjavur District, within three weeks of the order date. He further submits that petitioners find it difficult to furnish sureties; accordingly, he prays that the time limit be extended by a further period of two weeks, within which they will surrender and execute the sureties as directed by this Court vide order dated 13.11.2025.

3. Mr.P.Kottaisamy, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for respondent, stated that he has no objection to allowing this petition.

4. In view thereof, petitioners herein shall surrender before Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvaiyaur, Thanjavur District within two weeks from today and on such surrender, Revision Petitions are ordered to be released on bail on executing personal bond along with two sureties each for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each subject to furnishing undertaking that they will co-operate in the hearing of the present Revision. It is made clear that other conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 13.11.2025 remain unaltered.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is ordered. 09-01-2026 gvn
