2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP(MD) No.17832/2025 dated 15.10.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police twice a month ie., on 1st and 15th day of every English Calender month at 10.30 am until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
