ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.11.2025 and to 1/4
take immediate and appropriate action against the second respondent for dereliction of duty, non-registration of a First Information Report. 2.For the very same prayer, the very same petitioner has filed W.P.Crl. (MD).No.2265 of 2025, wherein this Court vide order dated 26.11.2025 has passed the following order:
"This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner-s representation, dated 21.10.2025 and to take immediate action against the second respondent for dereliction of duty, non~registration of a First Information Report.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner-s complaint was enquired into and the same was closed on 27.10.2025.
3. Recording the said submission, the third respondent Police is directed to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law.
4. With the above direction and liberty, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs." 2/4
3. When a specific order has already been passed by this Court, the filing of another writ petition amounts to an abuse of process and results in wasting the time of this Court. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed with costs of Rs.5,000/- payable to the School. The petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five Thousand only) to the credit of Headmaster, Government Higher Secondary School, Odaipatty, Theni District, having account in State Bank of India, Uthamapalayam Branch, South Car Street, Account No.11268003539, Account Type:Regular Savings Bank Account, CIF No:81030919752, MICR Code:625002045.
