ORDER

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 78 days in filing the First Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the respondent has not raised any serious objection to allow this petition.

3. I have perused the affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the delay of 78 days in filing the first appeal is condoned. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
