O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus as against the respondents for issuance of passport to the writ petitioner to undertake a pilgrimage journey.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, in view of certain disputes in the initial, the respondents are not considering his request for issuance of passport. In view of the urgency in undertaking pilgrimage, the petitioner submits that he is ready to appear before the second respondent with all the relevant records.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner further submits that he has not attended school and he has no school records, therefore, he is ready to submit the school records of his children and the records of his wife to impress upon the second respondent for issuance of passport. 2/4

4. The petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent on 19.12.2025 with all the relevant records. Based upon the records, the second respondent is directed to proceed in accordance with law.

5. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
