O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.10.2025 and to furnish the details pertaining to old Patta No.102 and new Patta No.1290 relating to Thallakulam, Madurai Corporation, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, in connection with the proceedings in Mu.Mu. No. 7908/2025/Aa1 dated 05.11.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The petitioner submitted a representation on 29.10.2025 for furnishing the details pertaining to old Patta No.102 and new Patta No. 2/5

1290 in connection with the proceedings in Mu.Mu. No. 7908/2025/Aa1 dated 05.11.2025. However, no action has been taken on the said representation. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the official respondents, submits that the representation of the petitioner's would be considered by the 2nd respondent within a time stipulated by this Court.

5. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.10.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to say, if any rival claims, the same shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
