O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first to third respondents to survey the petitioner's property in Survey No.48/12A1, measuring an extent of 660 sq. ft., situated at Sevandhampatti Revenue Village, Marungapuri Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District and fix boundary stones, under the supervision of the fourth respondent, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 15.10.2025, within the time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

2. With the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first to third respondents Page No. 2 of 6

and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the fourth respondent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself, dispensing with notice to the fifth to seventh respondents, as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against them.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that an application/representation has been made for the demarcation of the boundaries of the property in question.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first to third respondents would submit that after consideration of the claims of the parties, proper steps would be taken to demarcate the land in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.

5. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Court directs the respondents to consider the application/representation of the petitioner dated 15.10.2025, demarcate the petitioner's land after consideration of the claims of all parties and pass orders in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, within a Page No. 3 of 6

period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. All necessary parties, including the private respondents, shall be put on notice before conducting the survey. It is needless to stated that if required, police assistance shall be provided subject to payment of the requisite charges by the petitioner. In the event of any rival claims, the parties are at liberty to pursue their remedies before the Civil Court.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
