ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayaknur, to dispose the case in Crl.M.P.No. 1323 of 2025 within a stipulated time.

2. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court hereby directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayaknur, to dispose of the case in Crl.M.P.No.1323 of 2025 on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
