ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Usilampatty, Madurai District to expedite the trial and dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.152 of 2019, within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2.This Court, vide order, dated 06.01.2026, had directed the learned Subordinate Judge, Usilampatty, Madurai District, to send a year wise pendency report of the pending cases and in compliance of the same, the learned Subordinate Judge, Usilampatty, Madurai District had sent a report vide proceedings D.No.68/26, dated 20.01.2026, annexing the breakup details with regard to the pendency of the cases arising from the year 2019 to 2016, which was addressed to the Additional Registrar General of this Court. From the perusal of the same, it is seen that the total number of pending cases is 760 and the pendency of the cases in the year 2019 is 33. 3.Since the present case is of the year 2019, the learned Subordinate
Judge, Usilampatty, Madurai District, is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.152 of 2019 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the aforesaid directions, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
