ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to comply with the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai in Crl.M.P.No.411 of 2025 dated 08.09.2025 and consequently register the FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.06.2025 within time frame as fixed by this Court.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that FIR has not yet been registered.
3. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to comply with the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai, in Crl.M.P.No.411 of 2025 dated 08.09.2025, forthwith. This criminal original petition is allowed accordingly.
